We have all had life experiences that have caused us to lose connection with our true self – the person we were born to be. These experiences include traumas, stressful life circumstances, and dysfunctional childhood families of origin. What these experiences have in common is that they all cause us to cut off certain parts of our true self in order to adapt to the circumstances that we have had to endure. I enjoy helping people re-discover those lost parts of themself and break down the invisible walls that have been limiting their lives, so that they can become their genuine and successful self.

I utilize a variety of techniques based on the needs of each individual. The therapy modalities I use are EMDR, mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and attachment and somatic interventions as well as others. I specialize in an intensive therapy model which includes retreats and extended-length sessions. This type of therapy allows for more rapid healing which can save my clients both time and money. However, I do also see clients in a more traditional manner with weekly psychotherapy sessions.

No matter what your goals are – coping with present day difficulties or working through past experiences in order to thrive in the present – I am here to help guide you on your journey of healing.
